  • Is there a guarantee of a refund if the job isn't done up to standard?
    We have a 48h re-clean quarantee for our end of tenancy cleaning service. According to our policy we do not provide any refunds. However, in case of any complaint, we will investigate the case, review the evidence and get back to you with a proposed solution in accordance with our policy. The full description of the complaint followed by picture evidence will be requested.
  • Are tenants responsible for end of tenancy cleaning?
    It depends on the particular circumstances and the terms of the lease agreement between the tenant and the landlord. For instance, in some situations, the renter may be responsible for the tenancy cleaning cost before moving out, whilst in others, the landlord may be responsible.
  • Do cleaners provide equipment / products?
    If you do not have your own equipment/ products, please request a cleaner to the equipmentor products. You will be charged additionally for an order with the equipment/products.
